Lost Lead Back provides automated missed call text back software for local service businesses. Our service automatically sends SMS messages to callers when their call goes unanswered, helping businesses recover missed leads.

3. SMS Messaging

By using our service, you authorize Lost Lead Back to send automated SMS messages on your behalf to callers who contact your business. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Recipients of messages sent through our platform may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. A free trial period may be offered at our discretion. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or in any way that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate service for violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lost Lead Back is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
